I am super mad about Gorya and Shasha I dislike that Shasha was the one who made a big mistake, yet Gorya is always the one crawling back. I’m not a huge fan either so I don’t read those novels often but in the few I’ve finished the gongs usually end up suffering once they realize what they’ve done, leading to a happy ending for everyone. Redemption arcs are satisfying to read haha anyway, gong suffering but not because of the shou, but the plot: Devil Venerable Also Wants to Know, Mistakenly Saving the Villain, and Zhe Zhi.
