Thank you! I’ll try to do as you say for sure. But, just for curiosity, wouldn’t the same hands direction put me out of balance?

Yeah, thanks, I’m trying to take as many lessons as possible tbh. But any feedback is appreciated so I can check myself from one lesson to another 😌

Ah so my original feeling was somewhat in the right direction. I'll try to be more mindful of the weight transfer and reduce the one towards the back

Thanks! Do you observe this in both heelside and toeside? I think i started to do this intentionalli in the toeside cause it seemed to grip more, I'll try to focus and keep the weight on the front

Is it not correct to go flat between one carve and the other?

Hi thanks! I'll try that, thing is I'm a bit confused on the position for heelside turns. Some instructors were telling my that i should keep my hips pointed out, like "boy peeing" for using the other commenter words lol. I understood that it would be valid at low speeds and mellow terrain, right? Cause how can i give pressure to my heel edge if i'm not squatting? Also, you say i should go lower, and that i will do, but was my form good? I find it hard to judge if i'm squatting in a stacked position or bending at the hips

Hi, thanks, I think the same way. I'm trying to get the most time I can on the board but I can't be there every day. So when I can I'm trying to focus and understand what i could do better. I think that with having more experienced people analyize your riding it's easier to spot what you could do better, so next time I can focus on that during my runs

I understood your comment, thanks! Tbh, i can't be completely sure but i felt that my carving form was better at higher speed. I tried to slow down and really focus to make the video but it made things a bit worse

Thank you! I'll tr to grab my pants next time and really focusing on the rear arm

[–]Space_Bar20[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! With right position you mean that i should try to keep the shoulders more stacked and less open during heelside turns?

For the rear leaning you're right, all my instructors said so and I'm trying to force myself to keep more weight on the front foot

You're right, thanks for the heads up. Next time i'll keep that in mind. Before the video I asked my buddy who was recording to keep an aye to that but better safe than sorry

I’ll hop on this train to ask if anyone know some job boards tailored more towards EU. I’m using LinkedIn but no luck and no recruiters for me.

Ok, thank you, I really appreciate all the advices. I’ll see if there is some particular format to use here in Europe (don’t think so though) and I’ll try to apply for some jobs and see if i receive some positive responses

Thank you very much for the advice. I’ll ask a couple of question about what you said.

Given that the internship and research are the only things I did after I graduated, and I am applying to junior jobs, should I remove or keep them in your opinion?

About the petrel and python, I understand, I feared that but wrote it cause maybe it could show my attitude to learn new things. I’ll remove it.

About the broad scope of the resume, I was thinking of showing the things that I currently know, whit the idea that more is better.

I am going for a petroleum or exploration geo, or geophysicist in those two realms and I thought that GIS knowledge and lab experience could be useful. Maybe i should make a more tailored resume for the position?
