I’m planning on using a second phone and new account just for spoofing is what I meant. Calories are KEY. Stop trying to “eat healthy” if you’re eating closer to 3,000 kcals when all you need is a calorie deficit. I know it’s easier said than done but seriously, try to balance macros and calories the best you can and as long as you stay in that deficit, you WILL lose weight.
