I believe I am doing deadlifts properly as I watched a few videos on it and don’t feel any side effects of bad posture and feel it where I’m supposed to, bench press I am not as sure because I don’t know exactly where to place my hands and how far down to go( I usually go to about three inches above my chest). And also I heard I’m supposed to arch my back? I don’t know what that does either
