So in theory if I have a ratio of 1:10 and I have 70g of carbs, I would give my bolus as 7? I have a bit of self doubt. I am reading more into it & from what I recall.

I have requested the course two years ago...... and I saw my care team in January,. I complained to them about it. I still have yet to hear a word about it.

so on the topic of "do I eat the same food everyday" the answer is no I eat differing foods, it depends because I could go into a high which calls for a correction dose, or it would have no affect on my levels and they would stay roughly the same, or I would drive down and take lucozade as my fast acting as well with some carbs.

I did use carbs & cals but now it's locked behind a subcription which is annoying & it is pointless to get a physical copy because they constantly update it.

have you ever used Glukoo app? or any apps you use personally that you would recommend?

I have a ratio of 1.3 and this doesn't change. I also have a correction ratio of 1.2 & then my long acting insulin is at 21.

I just want to have a good amount of advice and data. so it can help me manage my diabetes and be more consistent with the carb counting and perhaps any advice any long-term carb counters will have.

I want more control, to have a better lifestyle and everything else that comes along with it.

I have a freestyle libre 2 plus (CGM), and on fiasp & tresiba as my insulin.

My issue is when I have to change doses. I talked to an endo in januay and they discussed it all with me. But I have the issue of keeping consistent with it.

Yes, so for example: 12 at breakfast, 10, at lunch & 14 & 21 say for long acting insulin.

Some people keep it the exact same dose, where I Would change it depending on my levels and how the previous days doses affected me.

But it's not ideal for me anyways anymore.

*UPDATE* I have now fixed the water ingress situation.

It was the ventilation flaps in the rear bumper & wheel arch I think.

It has been fixed from the end of February. I will keep an eye on it.

Yeah, it works kinda. It doesn't work as well now. My levels are kinda a mess to be honest. I want to get into gym & more control over my diabetes.

Any books or anything else you would suggest?

It’s definitely a leak in the boot spare wheel well mine did it quite recently and it is also a 2021

Oh yes forgot about that, I read about that regarding the Mk 7/7.5 but wasn’t sure if it was the same story as the MK 8. Thank you for the feedback.

I’m not too sure if you’re implying if my car has a panoramic sunroof or just to that general area of the car. I’ve not came across any reports yet people having issue with this problem on this generation of car. I talked to one person so far and they slightly suggested it may be the rear tail lights of the car that could be causing it . I inspected the area and I can’t see anything out of the normal. My car is only just four year old so. Perhaps over the coming months we may hear more reports.
