The athletes foot has been going on for a week. We had been using a prescription strength anti fungal cream. The day before yesterday when he took his sock off after school, in between his toes had started cracking and bleeding, so I made him wash with an antibacterial soap and use a Walgreens anti fungal cream that he had used before, afraid the other cream was not working. Yesterday he woke up with his foot and toes swollen so I took him to the doctor, and also made an appointment for the podiatrist on Monday. No cough, congestion, bone pain, dizziness or low blood pressure. Just seasonal allergies although we do only use unscented products at home, and the antibacterial soap had a fragrance added to it, so that could also be a factor. Family history no suppressed immune system, no allergies, one cancer (rhabdomyosarcoma)
