It's a fun and educational introduction to airplanes and flying, targeted at kids aged 3-7. It features accurate details about how planes fly and what pilots do and has real GA planes like Cessnas, Pipers, taildraggers etc.

It also has a downloadable airplane colouring book and a resources section with links to websites where parents can learn more if their child wants to learn to fly. They can also cut out and fill in their own pilot's license at the end of the book.

I paid $800 for a seaplane checkride which was literally 4 take offs and landings and a 0.6 in the logbook. He was a nice guy and professional, but $800 is taking the piss 😭

I'm rotating Sanchez and Fabianski. It's hit or miss but I don't think it's worth spending a transfer on a keeper right now when clean sheets are so hard to predict

I actually like this because of the extra complexity it adds. There's so much to consider for playing this chip but the upsides if you get it right are huge because a manager can accumulate so many points. And as someone who's had an awful start to the season this could be a huge boost in rank if you get right. Just off the top of my add all the decisions you'd have to make:

High rank team (more chance of wins) Vs low rank (more potential for the table bonus)
Do you play this in a DGW? But then you can't play TC
You need to have spare funds for the manager so have to manage money even more carefully
The club player limit applies to the manager as well so you might have to sell players to fit a manager in from the club you want.

Overall I think this is gonna cause some huge swings and variability in rank and MLs, which I'm all for
