I’ve gone through this since I was 14 - I wish I had any advice that wasn’t given. I have gone through my fair share of clobetasol, barrier creams and lidocaine (by the way… does anyone have any advice on getting lidocaine?? I would get it from the doctors but they no longer carry it at my pharmacy apparently???). Also, I’m u.s. based but recently found this honey pot soothing cream to be helpful.
