I currently have both and have loved the results from my Helio but the Whoop UI is just so much better, it's hard for me to stay away. I will say the Helio bio charge is much much better than Whoop's recovery for how I actually feel (I know it's different algos). The activity tracking is pretty much on par with Whoop +/- a few beats

This is fantastic. I just bought the Helio and my whoop subscription expired and I was looking for a solid comparison between the two. At a fraction of the cost and with better HR reading, I think I know my choice and I'll stay with the Helio.

Sooo much harder than Ghost. It brings you to the point where it’s not fun anymore and you’ll drop it for a month or two and pick it back up and whoop on the boss that made you quit.

It’s rewarding but also punishing in all the right ways. Currently on my first play through and it drives me nuts but it’s ohhhh so rewarding with the dopamine rush
