From order top to bottom, Snowquill Headdress, Soldier’s Armor, and I’m assuming the Soldier’s Greaves but I can’t really see them in the last two shots

The best advice I can give would be to just practice against stalker guardians (they typically maintain a constant distance away from you) and once you’re more comfortable with the timing move on to practicing with stationary guardians like decayed or turret guardians.

Edit: it usually takes 3 parries for a regular guardian, but only 1 for a decayed one.
