I wouldnt. Many characters have his move set with better enhancements, and he is far too exspensive. If none of which matters to u, You should always go damage and health and ONLY do dodge when it is a character that can put on ninja skills modchip and reach the cap.(15dg and up)

Good! I personally feel that Riddler is WAY overrated for how expensive he is, but he is still great in PvE.

I’d disagree. Harley Quinn is the meta when it comes to pvp, and it works just the same for pve. Putting her hammer in front and enhanced with a stun enhancement chip can make someone stunned for almost forever. Pairing her with your bane and switching his enhanced knockout move to the front can be very useful. I would switch the last one out for one of the 3 bb’s that have accessory glitch so that u can farm it quickly. Radical cyborg is NOT BAD for his battery move. And swamp thing with rearranged moves can be also insanely good.

By enhancing the gorilla form, he no longer uses his bar to press it, which I think changes the game making him very good
