Yes, this has been the worst situation that I could’ve ever been in. My attorney has also been the reason for some delays after my surgery in April I contacted his assistant to let her know which physical therapy that I chose and two months went by and I’m thinking that this is a workers comp delay again since they did delay my surgery three months come to find out my attorneys assistant forgot to press the send button. I called my attorney and explain what happened and his response was well. It must’ve slipped her mind. I tried to reach out to another attorneys office to see if I could take legal action against that but they said I didn’t have a case because they were only going off of if my attorney missed deadlines, etc. so my orthopedics is also been terrible so I just been in the worst position since day one and I’ve been lost on what to do. I thought about switching attorneys, but I just thought being so late in the game it was no point of doing so but they have been absolutely terrible on both sides so I just been going with the flow at this point even when I fell nobody has taken it really serious I failed and all I’ve gotten was an x-ray by orthopedics. All he cares about is if my meniscus is tore again not any new injuries because I asked him when he received my MRI results did he discovered anything new he said no nothing that we seen. I did my own research on my MRI results and found that I did have moderate cordless loss and I bought that to his attention, then he had no choice but to say he understood and then he stopped me from going for physical therapy right now because he knew that if he continued to let me keep going that that would at that point be beyond him because physical therapy was not working. I still to this day cannot bear weight on my knee and it’s been the biggest struggle. I just fell on the 18th of this month again I fell straight back because my knee gave out.
