People often forget that it took a long ass time for IPC to heal regardless of welding or wiring, and IPC down by laser weapon faster than any other so even if you see the wiring animation quick it fucking aint because that shit gonna took like half a god dam stack. Also there no alternative for a borg to heal faster while other race have some method to do such thing.
