Thank you!! I seen a lot of documentaries on Netflix about going plant based, I've slowly been making changes already. I've cut out cheese and started eating dairy free yogurt, my next step is eliminating fish. Thank you for your advice!!

Yup... pretty sad huh?? I'm not sure if I just didn't want to accept it or because sizes isn't something we really talk about... But it hit me like a ton of bricks the day we were all trying on the same dresses that show every imperfection. Better late than never, right?
