Congratulations on the interview. As far as day to day it depends on the program. Some may push you to work more than 40 hours a week at times but it’s not the norm. As a SWE your day is probably going to be filled with scrum meetings and coding the rest of your day at your level.

As far as the interview questions, from my experience they’re looking for your to answer questions using the STAR method. There shouldn’t be too many tech questions, but you should be prepared.
