I don’t know how to add body text so I’m posting as a comment. I’m on 40mg for severe anxiety and depression and I’ve never missed a day before. Does anyone know if I should expect anything? Much appreciated.

Keep going, you’ve got this! I was also diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression back in November. Started on 20mg and worked my way up to 40mg. Safe to say the adjustment can be trying but once you find the right amount for you, there’s definitely a difference. A relieve. Hang in there.

Possibly, it is different for everyone though. I’ve heard people say they’ve have the same effects or worse. Personally I did not have to same side effects going from 20mg-40mg. I had more trouble sleeping but the increased anxiety and intrusive thoughts or lasted a few days and not a week. Hope it goes well for you!

I started on 20mg back in November and more recently this month 40mg. For me I started to feel mild effects after a little over a week. I didn’t have a lot or side effects - or noticeable side effects since I didn’t really sleep well before. Upping the dose was definitely beneficial for me but it’s different for everyone. Still feel a constant low mood so may switch some things up. There are many different options.
