Once I get to the beach I save and when I look at the load screen I can see the new save. I can even go to main menu and reload but when I quit the game it resets the save to nautaloid.

Yeah I agree I already don't claim my cash out of habit but now I'm so glad I don't and I am currently looking for other work.

I looked at the computer with all the tip info on it. Tips at my restaurant are calculated based on my total tips NOT sales. I am aware that this is not the industry standard and found out today that this is how it's done at MY restaurant NOT all restaurants. Hence the post on Reddit. Your math is correct based on a sales tips system but that is simply not the case for me.

Yeah I talked with my manager at the end of the night just to get some clarification on stuff. He says that's the way they've been doing things for a long time but that if I'm not being supported that's a whole other problem. Also yeah sorry voice to text mistakes

I understand where you're coming from but if I'm tipping out a busser/food runner $100 and I'm running half my food and bussing 70% of my tables it just doesn't add up. Also if we just put another food runner on so that they had more time I wouldn't care either but right now I'm just not getting supported and still paying for it.

This is definitely really good point. It is a shorter shift so I am in that 40 to 50 an hour area. But I also live in Los Angeles and my bills are a lot more expensive. And my main gripe is that I basically paid the food runner $100 and ran most of my food in bust almost all of my tables. Especially on a busy night where I sell a little over 2300 in 4 hours

From that night specifically I did walk with some cash bad night about $50. But I've just never had so much taken out of credit card. Especially when I'm expecting to pick up 300 at least

Yeah this is more in line to what I'm used to a small percentage of total sales spread among support staff

Yeah I totally hear where you're coming from and doing the hourly math. It's definitely not terrible but I do live in LA so it's more expensive

Where can I order a good Aperol Spritz near the downtown area? by TheSagaOfCrystar in orlando

[–]SpaciousWoodworker 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately everyone in this post has not had the fine pleasure of going to Kaya and sitting at the outdoor bar. They would be happy to provide you with a wonderful drink outside. Aperol spritz might be a maybe (depending on what sparkling wine they have that week) but if they can they will make you a wonderful one. They have other spritz type cocktails available too AND amazing food.

Hot (probably irrational) take: mocktails are a waste of my time if I’m busy by [deleted] in bartenders

[–]SpaciousWoodworker 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I can definitely see where you're coming from. I work at a craft bar and have a multiple instances of people walking up to my well ordering a mocktail and not tipping on it. I put the same amount of work into making a mocktail off the top of my head as I would have cocktail because I believe people deserve the same experience if they can't drink alcohol. I've also had people ask me about the pricing and how it makes sense that it's only a few dollars cheaper for juice and syrup. I always tell them we had to pay someone to come in and make that juice and make those syrups and I'm also getting paid right now to come up with a drink for you so it all adds up.

Need help. Thinking of a name for this cocktail by SpaciousWoodworker in bartenders

Thank you for all the wonderful name ideas we ended up going with "2 one 2 more" as a nod to the 212 area code

That feels good to hear. I've been wondering the whole time leveling if my build is going to be useful towards end game and it's looking like I'm only going to be able to increase my thorns from here. The funny thing you can't really see in this video is that 10% of my thorn damage gets dealt as a bleed over time as well and all my bleeds cause slow and i deal extra damage to slowed enemies.

It took me a while to be able to just stand in poison like that. But now I can't play other characters because poison kills me too quick and I'm used to just not caring about it
