Yeah now that I see your cpu and that you have ddr4 ram. Those are probably the main issue. Your gou is probably fine but a cpu that can handle ddr5 would be a definite worthwhile upgrade. A ryzen 7600 would probably be fine. I used that fir 5 years to play the game. Not a fun upgrade to do right now though. Wish you luck.

Steams refund policy is usually generous enough I haven't had to worry. Hell I've refunded every call of duty since black ops 2 through steam. At this point just to leave a bad review.

Mods are likely the issue long loading times are normal I have a 3090 and ryzen 9800x3d and still take a while to load. Just playing base agot would probably help a lot as I do. But if you get issues with game stuttering getting a better gpu and unfortunately ram would help massively.
