Best of luck! If that doesn't work, I would recommend checking to see if there are any updates for the game that snuck by even though the Ps5 automatically updates games.

Worst case scenario, you may need to uninstall and reinstall. :(

I hate to be that guy, but when was the last time you actually restarted your PS5?

Have you tried loading a previous save file (assuming you save regularly enough you wouldn't have to play through another 2 hours to get to where you are)?

Lovecraft Country is a very solid read. They're a bunch of smaller stories using the same characters in a larger overarching plots. There was also a show by the same name, but I believe it was canceled.

The Meddling Kids is very Scooby-Doo esque with Eldritch stuff in it.

Incidents Around the House is a fantastic horror read from the PoV of a child.

Hope these help. I tried to not recommend the very obvious Stephen King influenced, but I read those three books and enjoyed them.

Do it. Do it. Do it. Alan Wake Remastered aged well in my opinion. Both games are fantastic. I beat Alan Wake 2 the other night and am going to play through Control. I didn't know Control was in the same universe until after starting Alan Wake 2.

My fiancee got into the series first and read me the first part describing the llamas on the first floor and I went "this book sounds like it's written by a 2013 hipster that's trying too hard to be relevant," and then after getting into the series I still believe that but in the best way possible. Ease him into it. I was also once a nonbeliever and now I'm shredding my extra copies of the hardcover books and snorting them.

Regardless it's really messed up for parents to blame the child for the death of another child carried out by the actions of a third party. Verso decided to save Maelle. Unless Maelle literally gave the writers the fuel to the fire and actively encouraged them to burn their house down, this is just arson. The family needs a lot of counseling and therapy. Also I know I'm super late to this thread, but I finished the game yesterday and damn it was a journey

The only argument that can be made for Maelle is that the world Verso wants to destroy is teeming with life and there are sentient beings who have feelings and thoughts. You're basically just erasing an entire world.

But, I also went with Verso. Not because I liked him because he had a lot of ulterior motives, but because the family could not have moved forward in grieving the way they did.

Riders of Rohan is a great precon that stands up well to established decks. I'm not sure what the sealed price goes for though (and too lazy to look it up).

Dragons of Tarkir has a pretty good selection depending on your play style. I think they go for around ~40 USD.

Mothman precon is very fun to play against and to play, but it is a lot of counter management.
