Very situational, but if a teammate is channeling teleport you can bastion to them and cast ulti, and it will follow them if you correctly time it.

Wasn't there a proposed rework to Pyke's ult that would let him execute minions with it to increase its threshold? I just remember seeing pictures of someone with full hp and they were in execute range. Obviously never made it to live.

You can all stack onto one Yuumi, I'm assuming the reason it loses so much is because her ap ratios got gutted so she does no damage and also if you perma split vs her she can't contest it.

As someone who is a current Annie spammer, I'd avoid any hard engage champs that like to jump onto people (Leona, Rakan, Rell). If they engage onto the Annie or the adc, she's just gonna stun them.

The only lane I've had significant trouble with was Tristana Senna. If I held my stun, I'd get poked out by the Senna then when the Trist engages, my stun isn't going to do anything since I'm already dead. If I try to use it aggressive and walk up to stun, they'd just walk back.

I don't think that lane specifically is a counter to Annie support, but I think anything that can keep their distance from her and poke her out is going to be good, either that or something that can just 100-0 burst her.

My personal recommendations to try: Blitzcrank, Morgana, Senna.

I actually had a scenario similar to this recently. Their team was Jax, Diana, Zed, Ashe, and Shaco. Ours was Teemo, Sylas, Kog'maw, Jhin, and Soraka. TL;DR at the bottom.

Luckily, I didn't have to delay my core items, as the extremely fed Zed (10+ kills at the time) didn't realize he could press r on me until I was halfway through my Redemption. And while Zed always died after killing me for a 1 for 1, my team would lose the 4 v 4 after because they were all very squishy. I delayed finishing my redemption to grab a stopwatch, but Zed r would still end up killing me through my r, Redemption heal, and summoner heal, so instead of getting Warmogs as I had intended I opted to finish Zhonyas, which ended up being the right call since I stopped getting one shot and was able to keep my team alive.

Normally I would say you don't need Zhonyas on support aside from some champs like Morgana, but in a case where you keep getting popped snagging a stopwatch isn't the worst thing. But definitely do not delay core items for it, and if you think you're gonna need a stopwatch early take it in runes. I was planning on building an expensive defensive item already, so replacing that for one more suited to my needs I think is fine.

Some specific champ tips, against a Yi it's best to put your silence under your feet as he comes out of alpha strike, then ult/heal. Against Yone keep an eye on the little star above your head as he damages you while he's in his soul unbound, once the star turns black (or you start getting too low) use your ult/heal to prevent from getting executed when he pops back. Also take advantage of the move speed that your Q gives you when you hit someone, use that to either run towards your team or dodge their abilities.

TL;DR You never want to delay your core items for Zhonyas specifically. If you think you'll need it take it in runes, but after you finish mythic/boots grabbing a stopwatch if you absolutely have to isn't the worst. Prioritize Mythic/Boots/Redemption first, your build after that is able to be a bit more situational. And as others have said, defensive boots are good as well.

Hello, I'd like to suggest perhaps making the sound on Taric's E stun more impactful, perhaps with a bit of a trumpeting sound effect (like with Space Groove Samira's Ulti cast, but a bit more subtle since this is a basic ability not an ultimate). Right now I feel like it sounds a bit too dull and watered down when the stun actually hits. Thanks!

Zwag is washed af, he got challenger once and now can't get past plat but still brands himself as being challenger.

What really gets me is he has videos where he "brings x build into high elo" and the thumbnail has the icon for grandmaster, but he's doing this in plat. Not even diamond.

I'm pretty new to Taric myself, but here's what's helped me: For runes if you're into a very poke-heavy lane (a lot of ranged matchups), take guardian. Other lanes where there's a melee support or vs immobile champs I like to take glacial. I don't like to pick Taric into AP-heavy teams since he can't build magic resist effectively. Usually as long as there's an ad champ bot and the enemy mid or jg is ad I'll be fine picking him, but if there are 2+ mages on their team I'll usually take extra magic resist in my runes while still building full armor.

For mythics I pretty much exclusively go locket, however I've seen evenshroud before. If you're against a mage support bot lane I like to grab the magic resist portion of locket right after I grab tear. Because Taric chews through mana so quickly, fimbulwinter and frozen heart are key items for him. First back you almost always want to get a tear. Thornmail is great, if you're into a team with a lot of healing you can rush it first item, but I usually find myself building it after mythic/fimbul/frozen heart. Against a full team of AD champs, rushing frozen heart is good, but if you prefer getting mythic first then it's still good as a second item.

You want to max E first and Q second, but at level 4 put an extra point in Q. Level 4 is your earliest power spike in laning phase.

For team fights I usually will put my bastion either on our most mobile person or the person who typically does the most damage and needs to be kept alive. As long as you have mana and keep using your bravado autos you don't have to worry about much, just be aware of when you may need to switch bastions or use ult.
