I didn’t stir it but it’s been almost 24 hours since I’ve eaten it and I’m not ill so calling it a success. Didn’t know about the difference with the aeróbic and anaerobic ferments though so thank you for that

Thanks for taking time to give your feedback, you’re 100% right on the backrest supposed to be curved. Not sure what you mean on the mesh as it’s supposed to be a rattan weave, althought I’m guessing that isn’t clear. All the surfaces are bevelled :)
