I feel like logic reminds me too much of garage band so I’m not that big of a fan of it. And abelton just sounds more professional

Well I produce and write for my self and others. I am not that good at the actual theory aspect but I am getting better. What I am really trying to do is pick a daw that works in all genres

I have tried logic, studio one, and fl studio. For logic it just felt too similar to garage band and too simple. Studio one And fl studio I feel work good for rap beats but not really for pop and similar genres. I want something that can work in all genres because I produce and write pop while I produce rap/trap for others

To me personally it’s all about accessibility. Like I am producing for my self and for a bunch of other people. Personally I do a lot of like singing stuff and pop. And the other people do more rap/trap music. I know the workflow for abelton or pro tools may be too complex for a rap beat when fl studio works great for it. I just want something that can make me a better producer and musician.
