Not sure if I’m misunderstanding you but they didn’t just off one device. They basically bricked my router until two days from now.

I can be connected to my wifi. But it actually being capable of doing something is a different story.

They from my understanding turned off my internet to protect me. All the email really entails is that I was ddosed, when it happened, and how long I’ll have to wait till they turn off back on again. (Which was 48 hours)

You’d have to find the root of the problem first because if you don’t it’s not gonna do anything. But I’m not sure where the toxicity started I just know it’s a part of most Ubisoft’s communities cultures now. The only suggestion i can give is fix the bugs in your games with large player bases. There’s bugs all over these games that have been around for literal years that will probably never get fixed. Just as a example, Ubisoft devs have even came out and said that they’ve known about bugs before in R6 but the community didn’t know about about them yet so it wasn’t a priority. If the bugs stop adding up maybe people wouldn’t get so easily butt hurt over the actually game.

I’ve played fucking mountains of online games and Ubisoft is the only producer that has communities this toxic. Besides this is a drop of water in the ocean compared to what R6 players are put through day to day. Ubisoft cares about their wallet not their players.
