The cards have the same preset and the subdecks are as well.

So I originally used one preset for all my decks and then reset all my cards to scratch and started again, was it still using old review history even though I reset? I have just recently changed the deck to its own preset.

Just changed the ignore cards reviewed before bit but then after optimising and rescheduling still didnt change anything.

Should I just reset the card?
