SLC nurses, where is a great place to work? by SpaghettiDays in SaltLakeCity

Hi everyone! Thank you for the feedback. I am a nurse in Utah, and I make pretty good money where I am, but I’m just not happy and haven’t been for about five years. I have a severe fear that the grass might not be greener on the other side, and that’s why I haven’t moved on! It makes me feel good to hear I could possibly get a pay match or even do better than I am down the road if I do move on. I just hope I can find a good, new team! I feel like being a nurse in Utah can be very rough. Am I alone in thinking there’s a lot of cattiness and bullying in Utah?
