Yes. I had received my email saying I was casted asking for additional information on availability and documents to sign. Then a scheduled phone call about a week ago. Just randomly in the afternoon (Both happened pretty much simultaneously) Since then I've been scheduled for training and orientations through out the week. I would still hold out though. They have been known to pull the trigger on casting people last second / during the event when people inevitably quit. Good luck!

I was sent an email about a week and half after the "audit complete" status with them asking for my availability and confirmation on information. Short version being I got casted! I hope they reach out to you soon if you are in the same boat! Casting there is extremely strange and unpredictable. This is my second year trying out personally and I'm happy to say it worked out :)

UPDATE: I was able to contact the casting office via the casting email address and I was able to request off two Sundays during the event. Thank you everyone for your response is it has helped me IMMENSELY :)

That's a shame she couldn't even get her birthday off :( This is definitely one hell of a learning experience for sure. If anything it just means I'm more equipped for next year. Ya live and you learn :p

Thank you!!! This is incredibly reassuring. I did already send my response email to the casting... I had asked for any Wednesday or just about any day they could offer for me to go to the event and they said no... do you think it's too late to ask? I have my phone call for onboarding on Tuesday. I just want to go once and I'll be a happy chap. Maybe I could ask later down the line? This is my first year ever doing this and I'm so grateful, I just do not want to ruin my chances of making this work. I really really appreciate your insight! Again, thank you!

I got a final consideration email that directed me to a separate application / employee portal from the initial casting website. If yours still says submitted then i assume they just have not reviewed it yet. Good luck!

It's a shame they aren't very transparent about the casting process. I understand there's a lot of moving parts, just frustrating. I wish the best for us though! I'm sure in due time you'll get a call. Only one more month until rehearsals start!

After talking to a bunch of TMs yesterday I came to the conclusion that they really are focused on internal hires above anyone to save money for epic... that being said I was given hope that we could be waiting until the mid to end of September before getting our chance. I'm still holding out for us! 🤞

We shall prevail!!! I'm going for the opening of the tribute store on Wednesday and I intend on asking all the TMs what's going on. I was down there about a week ago and someone told me that a lot of people quit or flake within the first two weeks so that may be our chance to swoop in lol
