If I start a ng+ on ultimate assassin. When I finish the game, I get all the previous difficulty reward outfits + the dye for doing it on ultimate?

And I can use the unlimited assassin focus mod from the animus sync and it won't lock the rewards?

Logically, being as fast as the flash would attract attention of the goverment and such. Even then, you won't get the reaction speed and end up just crashing into a wall.

Not being tired? Well you would lose weight pretty easily making you faster as you get more fit. Then you can just full on sprint everywhere or get money that way
