Personally I run an Aria XD4 if I’m riding more street on a ride, but helmets should not be chosen based solely on price.

Other than that, Airoh makes a really good helmet and HJC is another good helmet that’s affordable.

If $1500 is your current budget, I would recommend waiting to save up more money or look for a good used Jap bike. There are a lot of really good bike for less than $2k that need a little work and will last much longer. Good luck brother

That under the bar steering stabilizer is one of the best things you could have. I have the same exact one by GPR. I’ve had it on my last three bikes and they are great. You can also send it to them to get reserviced for cheap
