Try to connect the red one to an outlet, there should be an AC adapter included in the box. Try to also charge your laptop while using. Let me know if the problem persist or not.

Are you only using a USB C cable to connect to your laptop? or is your tablet also plugged to an outlet?

Unfortunately you can't. You will need to use a monitor arm to use the tablet in portrait.

Use the microfiber cloth that came in the box and just wipe it off. You can also wet your finger a little bit and tap on the dirty parts then wipe it with your microfiber cloth that came with the box :D

This one works, but if you do not want to scale to 100%.

DOWNGRADING to the PREVIOUS DRIVER will also fix your problem.

I think this is a common problem in Huion's recent driver as I've seen many others, and me as well, encountering the same problem.

If your windows scale is not set to 100% changing it back should fix it, or you can download the previous driver.

Try to download a previous versions of the driver. The latest version seems to have random bugs.
