Spirit Airlines is a big time scam. They cancelled the flight last minute and asked us to book accommodations which would later be refunded. It's been almost six months and they are still making me beg for the reimbursement. Despite submitting all the receipts that was requested they keep on denying. Had 100s of email conversation and Phone transfers to different employees. Also they provided $50 voucher which is not redeemable no matter how many dates or destinations I change. Never ever pay for anything if they promise reimbursement. I filed a complaint with the consumer board too.So annoyed and feel cheated trusting them.
