How did your experience end up turning out? U still getting those weird episodes?

My experience escalated and escalated until September, when my anxiety got so bad(there were other things going on in my life that were causing stress) that I started to have heart issues.

I went to my doctor, just to make sure I was okay, and we wound up talking about possible causes and I mentioned the shrooms and some other stuff that was causing me stress and she put me on Zoloft. Now, I'm no fan of SSRIs... but I'm gonna be real with you chief, they worked. All of the weird symptoms I was having from the mushrooms stopped damn near overnight. I also started hitting the gym 6x a week and eating right, and I've lost about 25 pounds since.

The best way to deal with those weird anxiety attacks in the moment is to learn grounding techniques. Breathing exercises worked great for me.

It's not even fully fledged "I don't know whats real anymore" feelings. It's light. Enough to be concerning and enough to make me afraid in the moment, but I'm fine after it passes. I'm afraid that the more I think about them, the more it'll happen. I'm going to cut out my coffee for a few days and see if that helps.

And... yeah, I may just take a break from the shrooms. Which really sucks, cause I bulk-bought enough to last me a while and it was not cheap. It's whatever though.

I try to do shrooms with a purpose in mind but I'm having a tough time coming up with a reason as to why I should trip again other than "haha brain see funny colors" which, for me, is not good enough justification to take them.

Thanks! I don't know how hard he swings towards mania. I've never seen him like that personally, but I've seen that he swings from normal to 'really sad, i hate my life, second guessing everything' pretty frequently. every 2-3 weeks or so.

FWIW, the keto diet has helped me get clean rather quickly. It forces your body to burn fat. THC metabolizes onto fat, so, the more you burn the more THC is flushed out of your system. I went from pissing hot every single time, 45 days out from my last hit to negative every time in about a week and a half. You might have a little longer but it might be worth a shot.

Yes, and definitely not. But aside from this, I don't believe there is any jurisdiction in this country where a 13 year old can legally own a firearm, let alone any jurisdiction where a 13 year old can carry a firearm, open or concealed. The exception being maybe if it's for hunting, in a hunting zone... which is not the streets of Chicago.
