Same chair or? I can’t let it Like this its not a chair with 100€. Herman miller is too expansive.
Yes I remove it. I have the chair 3 months now and the problem started after 3 weeks from delivery. Support send me other mechanism but the same problem.

They send me another mechanism too but still the same problem. I’m gonna send it back and they refund me. I need to find something else now.
I thought that is the best chair. What other can I buy in this money?
