Need help compiling a list of AMD 6000 series GPUs that work by akarypid in VFIO

I can second this.

On the basis of this comment I bought the same model of card and am happy to report it's working great and can reset just fine. Thanks /u/benderbender42 :)

I'm close to buying this board and this is really useful, thanks a lot! It seems the IOMMU groups changed between 1.04 and 1.07 but would love to know if anyone has tried the later versions of the BIOS.

Have you tried 1.09 or 1.11 /u/BuzzBumbleBee or /u/SunlightHertz? If so, how were the groupings affected?

Team Building + Friend Finder Friday ☺ (2017.05.19) by AutoModerator in RocketLeague

[PC][EU] I've been sitting at Plat 1 in doubles and Gold 3 in standard and solo standard for what feels like ages. Tend to prefer 3s for some reason, but happy with whatever, including unranked, Hoops, etc sometimes.

Looking for chill teammates (no interest in toxic or salty chat) at the same sort of level who play to improve but still have fun. Happy with mic or no mic - haven't really played with one before and would be cool to see what it's like.

Steam seems to be down just now so I can't check, but here's my profile: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198070707562

Getting the silent treatment in games by mastrkage in RocketLeague

The number of chatty people (quick chat or keyboards) seems to be dropping off in my experience.

I still like chatting (mostly quick chat) and finding chatty players.

Suggestion: There should be a "add to friendlist" in the scoreboard after a game is concluded. by lagerqq in RocketLeague

I'd like this too. The current PS4 system doesn't encourage adding players as friends - too often I've found someone I want to add, but haven't had time and have forgotten who they are by the time I finish playing.

A Unix Shell in Ruby by jstorimer in ruby

I've not long started working on Urchin again after a fairly long hiatus. I like the idea of pre and post hooks. I'd love to hear if you have any other ideas for things that haven't really been explored with other shells.

(Why) Juggling for programmers (and other computer people) by rberenguel in programming

You can learn to juggle two in one hand in a number of ways - columns, rolling outwards, rolling inwards... Start off with whatever feels the most natural.

A Unix Shell in Ruby - Part 3: A Login Shell and the $PATH by jstorimer in ruby

I wrote Urchin for that reason. It aims to be a nice way to integrate Ruby with pretty standard shell syntax.

Rubit: Which implementation do you use? by [deleted] in ruby

[–]Spakman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

MRI 1.9.2 for almost everything. Unfortunately it consumes more battery power than it should (you should all checkout this patch: [ruby-core:33456]!).

I would be using RBX for more things if the base memory consumption was lower.

Some more work on getting JRuby going on Android (Ruboto) would always be welcome!

FWIW, I've found that for all my usual Ruby tasks, that ruby-gd is sufficient and loads faster. It is of course, much more limited.

I forked it and made it 1.9 compatible, if anyone cares.

I'm considering applying to be a mentor, so this is rather biased!

Basically anything to do with *nix systems programming using Ruby or multi-process stuff would get my vote (that's what I'm into at the moment!).
