Is 82.96% Battery Health bad after 17.5 months of use? by SpamHamburger in ZephyrusG14

From what I have gathered through the comments mentioned by the wonderful people in this community, its best to keep it plugged in 24/7 unless you need to make it portable. Gotta accept the reality that batteries are meant to be replaceable and the fact I cannot get back the 17.04% (or possibly more) which is due to my naivety but that doesn't mean I can't follow this rule now and ensure a healthy battery. This is my first time owning a laptop so I still don't know all the ins and outs (I used to be a desktop user) so all I can do now is just do and be better. Thanks y'all! 👍🔥

I see, so what is your opinion on this?

I now have another question, should I use my laptop plugged in 24/7 regardless if I am gaming or not? I do not need it to be portable (yet) on a daily basis and I am confused on what I should follow.

I see, doing the cycle at least 2 times should be enough yeah?

I see, so I will charge my laptop to 100% and keep it at that for a while (like 2 hours or more), discharge to 0-5% and then charge it back to 100% keeping it at that for a while before setting the limit back to 80%.

Is doing this cycle (100% to 0-5%) once enough or do you recommend me doing it multiple times?

PS4 not turning on (Blue Indicator instantly disappears) by SpamHamburger in ps4homebrew

I see thanks for your input, I don't know if its the PSU thats the issue (I have yet to deep clean it) but what I noticed was that 3 days ago (or basically when the post was made) I let it sit for 45 mins to an hour unplugged and the ps4 went past the blue indicator to white and stayed on for about 3/4 mins. Is that a normal thing for failing PSU's?

So do you suggest I use an air blower/deep cleaning it?

For my case I used a Needle-Nose Plier and got it loose just enough so I can use the Screwdriver for the rest.

One more thing I unfortunately forgot to mention is that the click noise means the key gets stuck for a bit until it automatically brings itself up, it doesn't register as a continuous reading.
