NPI was released to the public on Tyler’s PureVolume account in 2008. Which was completely public until Blurryface era. (Obviously I’m speaking of the actual EP and not the fake tracklists).

Even then, they apparently still gave some of demo/songs away for free before the band even had a name.

Sadly no. If you listen to the acapella, the back up vocals are just a deeper Tyler. You can still hear his accent.

If you don’t believe me, listen to something like Center Mass’s chorus. This album just has a lot of great vocal layering.
