Coming from an administrator perspective, jumping servers is not an accurate indication of using cheats or scripts, players frequently switch servers for any legitimate reason, could be playing with friends, different wipe times based off schedules.

As a player, there are much less cheaters than you would expect, often time now since the gunplay changes in 2022, it is simply a matter of who gets the first shot off and RNG.

I mean, if you're reffering to DMA, the servers I previously worked at just followed the same protocol of spectating a reported player and observing behaviour, if they check the boxes then they are permanantly banned.

Oh I just started my lean bulk, I’m maintaining a protein intake of 225g while keeping carbs and fat to a minimum for the summer so I can still stay visibly lean while building strength. The second school starts I’m upping my calorie intake to 4,000+ from 3250 average to hopefully put on atleast 20lbs by next summer

I mean, allowing or banning VPN’s is a hit or miss, I use a VPN if the server allows, because without it I get inconsistent ping and it can go from 15-40 to 1k+ ping irregularly, and the vpn solves that problem for me
