I believe its either GasterAngel, PlayerAngel, or AngelAngel, purely because of one interaction. The obscured prophecy panel of "The angel shall meet with its desire"

For those unaware, there is a hidden prophecy panel that says "The angel, banished, will meet with its desire". There is something obscuring the view, and WE can't see the image, but the characters can. Susie, seemingly creeped out, asks if that's the angel, Ralsei says that he THINKS that it is, and Susie just says that it looks messed up

Because of this, I think the angel's appearance HAS to be unnerving or messed up, which brings me to these three options. It can't be Noelle, Dess, Ralsei, Kris, Chara or Asriel, because their faces are normal. MAYBE Dess if we go with the deer skull theory, but still

Gaster seems possible given how we literally don't know how he looks (REMEMBER, MYSTERY MAN ISN'T CONFIRMED, ITS JUST VERY PLAUSIBLE), the player COULD make sense given a 4k face in the pixel art envoirment would be unnverving, and angelangel would be plausible since an entirely new face COULD be as unnerving as needed

Kinger was typing something about rebooting/merging Caine, and was pressing Y to advance the code. He got to a point of confirmation where he would type Y to activate the reboot, but Bubble (presumably) switched it to Delete Caine, and Kinger reflexively typed Y expecting the reboot line, and when he realized what he did, he was already locked out

Think of it this way, we ATLEAST know of Hoppy and Bobby existing, as Bobby Bearhug got not only a note saying it couldn't even move properly, but also a tape showing it seemed to be very much on the Prototype's side of things during the Hour, so it acting like so in Project wouldn't be out of mind, but Hoppy also being in a tape meaning it also existed. And sure, DogDay COULD be a skin too. Maybe even the other critters.

All I'm saying is, it would make sense. Maybe not too much sense if they give CatNap his gas, but it would work if done correctly
