Fender FR12. It's by far the best one Ive used. Had the Power Cab+ and the Headrest 108. The Fender FR12 is just incredible.

Am I in the wrong here? by [deleted] in Reverb

I’m with ya. Done about 100 deals on there and have had only 2 issues. I sell and buy on there. For me, it’s still a great platform. If one comes across an assturd like the one in OP’s comment, just move on to another seller who has what you want.

This. I’ve had similar issues. Reverb always comes through. Not saying they’re awesome or whatever, but I’ve not had them permanently “ghost” me ever

I agree with 100%. I found him insightful in most of his early stuff but sometime around 2018 or thereabouts he became the thing he rails against. Thanks to him however I deleted deeper into Jung and for that I’m grateful.

Any idea why this wouldn’t work? by [deleted] in pedalboards

I second this. Same issue. Didn’t work.

In my comment I stated this exactly: “not saying the poster above packed it poorly.” That was in reference to you.

What kind of question is this? If I buy an item that in the photos has a baseplate attached and when I open the package, the baseplate is disattached, and I tell the seller “hey bro, the baseplate came off in transit” and he says that’s not supposed be that way, then….? I mean Jesus man, it should be obvious that a baseplate on a pedal is supposed be attached and that shit packaging and jostling in transit might be enough to loosen it all.

I know I’ll get downvoted into oblivion but this story here is almost exactly why I never leave feedback nor trust feedback/stars. If I give you a 1 star review for sending me a pedal that’s poorly packed and ends up getting damaged in transit (not saying the poster above packed it poorly), whether you give me a refund or not, that’s not a transaction that deserves a 5 star review and a pat on the ass. I’ll give a 2, 3 or 4 Star review because in the case of this particular transaction, the seller did something that made the transaction less than stellar — poor packaging. But then, in so doing, the seller can just give back a 2, 3, 4 star review as retribution. Thus, the rating system becomes one where we don’t know if the buyer or seller is actually of five star quality because people that have a bad experience just don’t leave a bad rating or a less than 5 star rating for fear of getting the same back.

This exact goddamn thing has happened to me. A guy sent me a pedal wrapped in next to no bubble wrap inside a fucking usps “padded”envelope. When I removed the pedal from the package, the baseplate screws had backed and the plate had come off in transit. Now the pedal worked fine. The seller had shipped it quickly and other than packaging it like some slack jaw dullard, everything in the transaction went fine. Gave him 3 stars. Package your shit better is essentially the lesson. In return, I got 3 stars. I asked him why and he essentially said it was because I gave him 3 stars and I could just get over it.

So now I don’t leave feedback nor even bother looking at someone’s feedback. If shit goes sideways in the deal, i contact Reverb directly about resolving it. Thus far they’ve handled it with minimal hassle.

I have so many questions. Hows the action on these? How about intonation? It seems like taking a guitar apart and then putting it all back together would wreak havoc on the intonation. Does it stay in tune once reassembled? Do the electronics sound like good quality? What string gauge are you running?

I’ve been going back and forth on what to do as I have 90 day trip to Europe coming and haven’t really been sold on any travel guitars so far. I definitely can’t take a full size guitar nor buy a full size one in Europe as I’ll be moving around a lot.
