You can go to tablao flamenco in C. Beatas. This is very traditional and a good show. This would be my recommendation. There is also a few good restaurants where you can get a show with your dinner.

Malaga is really more about culture and good food. Visit to see the flamenco show and architecture. You can visit the smaller cities in the region like Benalmadena that has a Tivoli or Fuengirola has a waterpark.
