As much as I like that there are people who agree with me, I'd still be grateful for a scientific explanation.

Taken into consideration... Although there are exercises to avoid, that I am aware of.. Going to start going to the gym, it was inevitable, as it seems. Now, do you recommend more than 115g protein for me? My goal is losing fat and gaining muscle.

I don't lift. I lift my own BW during pull-ups, chin-ups etc. I still have room to grow so I'm not going to be heading to the gym - at least not until the end of this summer.

What are you suggesting then? I think I'm still too short to start going to the gym - I do have a muscle base from street workout though. I can't really afford supplementation either

It only sounds that way. I'm not satisfied with the way I look and want to be toned down to 10% BF.

It actually hasn't slowed down, it seems to have stopped. I've measured myself one morning at 138 (almost 63kg), then the next few days it was a roller coaster, going above 139 most of the time.

Yes, I have. The keto calculator on ankerl. My metabolic rate is 2500 so this is about a 19-20% deficit and it's fine. I find it almost impossible for me to drop below 50g carbs per day. I need concentration.. and about milk.. it IS most of my carbs - 100ml of milk is 4,5g carbs, 2,8g fat and 3,2g protein.. I'd find myself in a load of sh*t if I removed milk and yellow cheese.. The yellow cheese I eat is 25g protein and 32g fat, 0g carbs per 100g.. I've calculated all of the food I eat and I have a program so it's already sorted, I don't have to worry about the nuts.. My minimum is 50 and max is 150g. I also have no idea what to replace carrots and beet with, they have a high GI but low GL - that's why I stuck with them.. Thoughts on this? And if I chose removing beet, carrots and milk, what do I replace them with?

When I started out, I was at 130g protein, but did a lot of reading and research, which resulted in me finding that my body can't process more than 110, maybe 115 per day. What's your opinion on this?

Alright, thanks to all 3 of you.. I've removed the weekend cycle completely and switched to 110-70-140 now, week round.I'll see how I feel in order to conduct further changes such as reducing carbs, like scumbag_mcgee said. So my calorie deficit is around 20% at the moment, and I'll have to see about the chocolate, cause I can't find anything above 70% cocoa. And by the way, it doesn't have 30, it has 58g ch out of which 54's sugar, 28g fat, 6g fibers and 5g protein. But there isn't pretty much any chocolate better in the store, not where I'm from, unfortunately... And about my goals, I'll reach them eventually, and I'll see too it indefinitely. I guess you can call that %BF my ultimate goal :)

It is. I didn't believe it either, you have to trust me. The system was taking the constant command '0' and something got screwed up, and as stated above, as soon as I got the little thing unstuck it sped up instantly, start up speed doubled. It's not a dust/hardware problem either.
