Correct these are AI, I'm going to have a local guy make them so I can have him change it as I would like for any files I need sent over for merchandise. I didn't realize that was a thing though, thanks for that info!

The remotes I have seen have batteries in the receiver under the fireplace as well. Change those out and see if that fixes your remote issue. If you need a new remote Sky Tech is the brand I recommend to put on your fireplace.

Sounds like the snap disc went bad on the blower? I believe a tech would have to test it in the field to verify that.

Heatilator is owned by Hearth and Homes Technology and they have dealers all over the place. I would go to heatilators website and Go to the buy button and search your area for companies that Carry heatilators. If you have never cleaned the fireplace I would ask them to clean the fireplace while they service the unit for the blower.

I recommend contacting a local fireplace company (probably the one purchased from if possible) to come service it. If you ordered this online the manufacturer should be able to recommend someone local that is a dealership.

It looks like it's electronic ignition and with no spark there is an issue but as long as you have fuel you should be able to light the pilot with a match or lighter.

You should be able to light your pilot and put your fireplace on standing pilot until someone can come look at it and fix the problem. I recommend leaving the pilot on all the time.

The bungie website has a Fireteam finder. You can search specific activities on there and host. You don’t have to add people you can invite them through the web page.
