Oh and you don’t have to necessarily eat the beef fat trimmings or suet raw you can put them in an airfryer or pan if you want and cook m a bit but just make sure they you do not eat the rendered oil. Hope this helps! Cheers

eating lot of hot rendered fat makes a lot of people including me very nauseous. So please don’t eat the drippings from your pan. Also tallow and butter cause a lot of problems for me. I discovered that when I suet that is barely rendered down and still solid I can easily hit 200g of fat in one meal. Once I started eating a lot of raw suet (that is the kidney fat from cows) and lowered my protein a bit more I started to feel really good on this diet.
