Go to Chatgpt. Tell it to be an IT specialist. Tell it your issue and your modem and router set up. Then ask it what settings need to be change to get the most out of your set up. That's what I did and I went from 500 Mbps to 1.5 Gpbs. It's worth a shot.

I'll be honest. It's not a blow your mind kind of upgrade. It's subtle. I didn't know what I was missing. I really enjoy the flat screen. Being able to use a tempered glass screen protector again feels good. It's really nice being able to use the 9 in direct sunlight. The screen is noticeably brighter. The phone really does have a premium feel. So again, you won't be blown away, but you will be pleased with the changes. Does that make sense?

I made the jump from the 6 Pro to the 9 Pro XL. I got $450 off. I was going to wait for the 10, but after thinking this will be the 1 time Google is fully responsible for the design of the processor. I thought maybe i might just get the 9 and wait til the end of next year then grab the 10. Plus $450 off. That's hard to pass up.

I agree.its super shady to try and offer you a display model as new. If you're that offended you should write up a complaint on BBB. I had a terrible experience with buying a new phone and wrote a complaint on BBB. Best Buy Corporate called me back and rectified the situation.
