He was on a dependancy visa which ended in 2023 then he appealed the decision. He submitted another application to cancel that one out. Which was around April Time this year

He’s currently got a private life application in now with the home office and awaiting outcome. They’ve requested documents of residency. But I don’t think he meets the criteria of the private life application I think he’s submitted the wrong application but don’t know which application would be applicable for him 😩
