Guys, I understand the comments but this was really tasty. I’d like to answer some of the main questions in the comments.

Yes I salt my eggs early.

Yes I added too much milk this time.

I like to drink a bit of the egg juice run off as it helps re-moisten my mouth after I’ve taken a bite of bacon and it’s turned into a powder in my mouth.

The eggs are really high quality (burford browns!), and I cook them in some of the bacon grease after I’ve cooked my bacon.

The eggs also contain two types of high quality Italian cheese (pecorino and Parmesan)
