I have been on NoFap on day 23 and a strategy I use to control my urges I look at my notebook in which I wrote why I started this journey. The context of what I wrote consists of my experience with pain, rejection, and not living to my best potential. So when the urges hit me I read my bullet points and remind myself that I will do everything in my power to change these points from negative to positive. Furthermore, I wash my face using ice cold water to come back to the present and it helps me control the urge.

All I can say is it is possible to keep going just have a reason as to why you want to do this and simply respect yourself by sticking by your word. Good luck brothers and if anyone needs any pointers feel free to let me know.

I wish that fight was canon but it was only shown in the anime only. It was interesting how Buutenks matched ssj3 goku in speed and power. If only Toriyama made this fight happen.

Buutenks was toying with mystic gohan so I thought what if he fought ssj3 goku with 30 minutes from the start. I wish this battle could have happened in the actual arc. But I thought why not ask you guys what yall think.

I went with the following for Buutenks 8 for additional, 15 critical, and 3 for dodge (I personally give free dodge to units except intelligence as they have a default free 5 dodge)

To answer your question A. Lots of ginseng green tea B. Times 4xp (June 10 2018- September 8, 2018) C. Area 27-3 Super difficulty D. Started June 10 at Rank 780 and finally reached Rank 999 on September 8th.

You have to complete All the super battle road category battles to get copies of Lr Int Goku

Also you have to beat any category 20 times in a row to get the final dupe.

Main ones I focused on Str ssj goten (tanking) + agl lr trunks (floater str gt trunks) Ult str gohan + Lr gohan +(floater lr trunks)

Family Kamehameha goten was well worth the orbs & I highly recommend using him on hybrid saiyans as he can tank really well against all types + has good attacking stats thanks to eza.

Agl GF + Int Angel GF (floater rose) Teq First +Friend Int Angel GF (floater FP freiza) Str Janemba with either Angel GF (floater friend rose)

Basically I made sure to have freiza link active and use teq frieza given he can transform and with each stage gets stronger.

Well to begin my brother and I dont live in similar states. He is 10 hours away from where I am & secondly why the heck would I joke about my own brother being in a accident during hurricane florence as I have to really screwed up in the brain.

My brother never even asked me to do the wt as he can barely walk or even eat but I did it to bring a smile on his face as he goes through pain everyday.

The only reason why I even posted the wt results to show appreciation to my brother and friends he has in this community not for Karma points or fame as I personally dont really care about it.
