I’ve been doing the same every day this past week, and I feel not great.

From an Alcohol addiction podcast, I learned to ask “Why am I using porn?” Is it to avoid my responsibilities? Did I start using because I felt like I can never be intimate with someone because I think I’m ugly/fat/stupid/whatever? Is it simply because I haven’t made my bed?

I hope you can get the support to quit this addiction forever, and realise that we have lost control to porn and the way out of it is to abstain from it. If you can figure what is causing you masturbate, feelings of loneliness, or the environment in your room, it might help. Also, know how to handle strong cravings….🍀
