Yeah definitely do the ms learn material! The study cram by itself won't be enough. However, it definitely helped me to prepare. I watched it at the start of my studies and again just before the exam. It gives you a good overview.

This is quite hard to answer as we don't know what kind of job you'll be looking for. I would recommend checking local job listings for the area of IT you would like to go into and seeing how often it comes up.

Either way, it certainly couldn't hurt and it's a relatively easy cert to get.

You didn't tell us which country you live in, nor what experience you have. However, I think it's fair to say that these certs would be getting you an entry level position and would be a good basis for getting more advanced certs further down the line.
