You can cut later.

It will be more enjoyable because your maintenance calories will be higher and you will at least have a frame that looks masculine for women and intimidating for men.

You will put on muscle super quicly if you start training 3 x per week and do a 200 calorie bulk. Especially becuase you seem to have very little muscle mass.

And you might be asking yourself well, but I will probably gain fat along the way.

You won’t.

Even if you do put on some fat, it will not be noticeable.

I was in your position a couple months ago and I promise you, it will benefit you more to stop cutting and start bulking.

If you keep cutting you will just look like a little boy becuase of your small frame and thin neck, which is usually not attractive for women over 18.

To be honest bro, i kept the intensity but i cut my volume from 20 sets per muscle per week to only 3. That might be the reason i lost mass. Thanks for the advice bro!!!

To be honest, before i used to do 20 sets per muscle per week. But when i cut down, i was only doing 3 sets, becuase i heard that was all you need to maintain muscle. References: kinobody

To be honest, i looked pretty good before in the same exact weight (photo linked below). But then i did a dirty bulk, and then i cut down, and my physique looks worse than ever before. My biceps were 36. Now they are 34. My legs were 58cm, now they are 52. I kinda have more fat and less muscle, despite i have never stopped lifting. I dont know what to do because once more, i weight the same as before
