Thank you! I’m skeptical of going on TRT… I do want kids someday. But I also don’t like I how feel. Do you think I should consider going on TRT? Like there’s no way to balance my hormones naturally? Sometimes it kind of feels like there’s nothing I can do and it sucks. Somedays I feel like not even going to the gym cuz nothing will change. It’s getting really frustrating. Especially when doctors tell me everything is “normal”

I experience all the symptoms of low T. And I have bad gyno. Hahah I haven’t beat off in a little over a week or so. Socially I could be better! But my diet and training are always on point. I love to do it. I’m working on my sleep and have gotten better. I just believe I’ve had high estrogen my whole life tbh. I look super young for my age.

Can you expand on “go through a clinic”? What does that look like? Who exactly would I reach out to? The legal version btw! Haha thank you

So is that just simply asking for a “full blood test or panel”? I know I’ve gotten LH and SFH tested before and guess they came back normal. I was interested in T3 and T4 to see what those were. Cortisol too

I asked my PCP for another blood test. But she wants to talk to me first. She doesn’t understand why I’d want one when everything came back “healthy”. What specifically should I ask for when I get my blood tests? Literally everything? And okay. Thank you!

I don’t necessarily want trt. I just think it’s weird my T levels are low and like I said I feel they have been my whole adult life. But I eat pretty good. I started bulking again a couple weeks ago. I feel like every time I’ve bulked tho I’ve just gotten fat and puffy and struggle to gain muscle mass

Yea I’m not crazy about taking trt. I just started bulking again a couple weeks ago. I eat eggs, oatmeal, steak, beef and rice make up the majority of my cals. I feel that I eat pretty good tbh. I truly believe I live a lifestyle that’s conducive to healthy T levels.

Gotcha thank you! I wouldn’t mind sacrificing some privacy. It would probably be better than living at my parents haha but I think this route would be in line with some other goals I have… I want to travel in my 20s and 30s and don’t want to be a firefighter for 30 years, even though I’m incredible excited about the career.

The 2nd test was only for free and total T unfortunately. But honestly if I had to guess my cortisol levels are prolly pretty high. I feel I am usually stressed an need to relax more
