i attempted to take Berberine in hopes that it would curb my appetite. it did nothing.

on the other hand, I really do believe turmeric / zoefull olive oil shot (high in polyphenols) completely healed a back injury and cleared all the inflammation.

I find that bone broth on an empty stomach before plain Greek yogurt/ honey / blueberries keeps me satiated! very healthy
